The pool area was nice and the staff were friendly. The room had a TV and air conditioning, which was good since it was hot outside. The hotel offered a shuttle bus to different parts of the city, which was convenient.

The room was very basic and needed some updating. The bathroom was dirty and the towels were old and grey.

The hotel is new and clean. The decor and ambience is modern and contemporary. Staff are helpful generally.

The bathtub choked. Even though the staff came immediately to unclog, the next day, it still choked. The hotel location is remote, and getting a taxi is difficult. Seminyak is prone to traffic jam, so unlikely we would stay in this area again.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The rooms were like fully furnished condominiums with 2 bedrooms, dining and living rooms. We could easily cook our meals and relax on the veranda. This hotel is located right next to a supermarket, which was very convenient for us. Plus, the rooftop restaurant offered an excellent breakfast with a great choice of items and lots of TV channels. We really loved the location away from the busy Kuta area.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, very polite and helpful. The facilities were very good, they had a beautiful pool, sauna, spa and gym. The apartment style rooms were spacious and they serviced the rooms twice a day which means cleaniness of the rooms are a priority. The food is delicious, the buffet breakfast selection is wide and their cook is very good at preparing Indonesian dishes and desserts. For dinner, we tried the crispy duck, absolutely divine. It's nice and peaceful, away from the crowded shopping areas, but they do provide complimentary shuttle services to the shopping areas which makes it very convenient. ..And their massage treatments is a must try.

We wanted an affordable hotel for our family with two small kids, and this one was in a nice quiet area. There were cheap eateries nearby or we could go to the open restaurant or rooftop one for breakfast with an incredible view. , we were close to the beach.

The room was starting to look a bit tired and the bathroom was a bit smelly.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and attended to our every need with a smile and without a question asked. The pool area was amazing and the roof seating was peaceful and beautiful to sit at night. The rooms were very tidy and clean and the cleaners did an amazing job to keep it pristine.

The meals although lovely and well priced to far to long to be delived to our table, especially as tho we were the only ones eating. If you are looking for a more of a "party" holiday, taxi's from Kuta to the hotel can become expensive and some taxi drivers have no clue of where to go. The hotel is a little out of the road from Kuta.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and location of the hotel. It was very convenient for me and my family to travel to and from whenever we liked. The hotel staff treated us with such respect and did whatever they could to make our stay memorable. The guest relations manager did a very good job in assisting us with changing our room from a single to a two bedroom and the price was very good as well. The pool area is very nice and it allowed for relaxation without feeling overcrowded. All the drivers were very informative and nice and they took you exactly where you wanted to go and on time which made our vacation effecient to say the least. One, last thing I must say and that is, I found it very difficult to find any of the issues that others have mentioned via the Booked.net site. I think they may have stayed at another hotel because this one was outstanding in my eyes. I travel to many places and I have not experienced the warmth of a staff anywhere else to include my home country of America. Thank you for your time

I would recommend me that they offer more of a variety on the menu and possibly lower some entree prices. Otherwise, the food is excellent and we still ate there most of the time.

Pool Area was pretty nice and the design of our room (apart from the bathroom) quite modern and comfortable.

Majority of staff is very friendly but in a - sympathic way - unprofessional. This includes also language abilities (English). Bathrooms are pretty uncomfortable and rooms can become quite noisy.

First of all, the value for money at this hotel is excellent. For what we paid, we got a lovely room with a fridge and microwave, and the added bonus of having a kitchen. It's not often you find that in a hotel! The attention to detail was impressive, with the room service staff keeping everything clean and tidy. The location, in a quiet neighborhood, was perfect for a peaceful stay. And I can't forget to mention the breakfast on the rooftop. It was a great way to start the day with delicious food and a fantastic view.
